• WET Leasing or an A.C.M.I Lease is the rental of an Aircraft which is fully Crewed, Maintained and Insured (hull and third party only) to another licensed operator. Typically airlines use wet leased aircraft during their fleet downtime such as maintenance or strikes, for route proving and for new routes when they can cap their risk.

DRY Leasing is the rental of an aircraft only for a period. The rental payment is accompanied by a payment towards the heavy maintenance requirements of the aircraft, including the overhaul of the engines, landing gear and "C" and "D" checks.

We must satisfy our investors and owners of the client's credit worthiness and operational capability and therefore conduct inspections of their businesses prior to finalising any lease. Typically deposits range from six to three months of the monthly lease for a dry lease and between one and two months for a wet lease.

Requirements to WET (A.C.M.I.) or DRY lease aircraft are:

a valid Aircraft Operators Certificate (AOC),

    an approved MRO facility (AMO),

    financial capability,

    insurance.

We do have an alternative suited especially for businesses requiring a short term lease or low utilisation in-house demand we call a Block Time Lease.
